Karl Termini  is one of those people who are impossible to define. Fully capable and comfortable behind the camera, in the kitchen or behind the torch. Even though he is regimented, hardworking and goal oriented, he is far to kind, creative and open minded to be called a machine. What he is then is just plain impressive.
